English courses

Cheeky Monkey is a course dedicated to our littlest language learners. The children meet once a week for a one-hour lesson. This course is focused on verbal communication; the course is taught entirely in English with the use of song, dance, art, and games. The children do not understand all of the English that is used in the classroom, however, the teachers are very expressive to ensure comprehension and students are encouraged to repeat key words.

The Tiger Time series is dedicated to elementary school students. There are five levels, separated by age. This course uses a text book, an activity book, and an online resource center. This course makes learning English lots of fun! It incorporates technology and interactive language activities that are both extremely effective and motivating. The course is taught entirely in English and the students are encouraged to speak as much English as possible. This is the key age to creating a solid foundation for a foreign language!

Middle School students will love the course Hot Spot. The course uses a text book, an activity book, and an online resource center. It incorporates technology and interactive language activities that are both extremely effective and motivating. The course is taught entirely in English and the students are encouraged to speak as much English as possible. This course is aimed at creating confidence in speaking and to encourage students to overcome the fear of making mistakes and to focus on effectively communicating. This course is an excellent supplement to the English your child learns in school. Our lessons are taught 100% in English and translations are absolutely not encouraged! In no time at all our Hot Spot students learn to think in English and their communication skills drastically improve.

The Open Mind course is dedicated to our most mature students. This course is separated into levels by ability (from A1 to C1) and meets once a week for 90 minutes. Students use a textbook and an online resource center to guide them through the course. The online resources may be accessed from any electronic device, enabling our students to take their English class with them wherever they go! The course focuses on teaching effective spoken and written communication at the desired level and, upon request, preparation for English language certificate exams. Courses may be in groups or individual. Courses are offered in the evening, after working hours, or during the day.

Conversation courses are designed for adults who prefer to seek effective communication and who would like to spend less time studying grammar. These courses are separated into levels by ability and the course is designed in collaboration between the teacher and the student. The goal of this course is to speak as much as possible, thus students will help to choose the topics of discussion based on their personal interests. Courses are offered in the evening, after working hours, or during the day.

Step Up offers courses especially drafted for your company’s specific needs. These courses use the Open Mind series and include access to an online resource center that may be accessed from any electronic device, enabling our students to take their language class with them wherever they go! This course not only teaches the students general written and spoken competence, but also teaches language that is specifically useful in the business world and in your company’s sector. Our qualified teachers come to teach in your company at your convenience: during the normal work day or after working hours. Additionally, courses offered completely online are available. The level of each student will be tested and they will accordingly assigned a course.
